Are all items handmade?

All items are handmade and signed by the artist. Because every piece is made one at a time, using artistic art glass, colors may vary slightly and no two patterns will be exactly the same.

How do I care for my item?

Hand wash. Do not place food safe entertainment ware in a dishwasher, oven, or microwave.

Can any items be created with custom dimensions?

Of course! Helen is delighted to create custom pieces and commissions to fit your preferences. Please contact Helen for more information.

Orders

Are any items returnable?

Custom-created items are not returnable. All other items may be returned within ten days of delivery. Contact Helen to obtain return instructions. You must use the original shipping and packing material or equivalent. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Can I cancel my order?

Every effort will be made to accept the cancellation, but only if the cancellation is made prior to Helen making the items (especially custom orders). All cancellations should be made in writing by contacting Helen here.

Shipping

Is shipping included in the price?

Yes! Prices include packing and shipping within the continental USA. For items shipped outside the USA, or to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact Helen for a quote. All items are double boxed and packed with care.

I would like shipping insurance for my order. Is this possible?

Yes, if you would like to request shipping insurance, Helen will arrange insurance and the difference will be charged to you. All items are double boxed and packed with care.

How long will it take to receive my item?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email telling you when to expect your artwork, typically within two weeks*. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email that includes package tracking information. *For larger, more intricate items, shipping can take up to four weeks from time of order. Once again, you will receive a confirmation email telling you when to expect your artwork.

I need my items sooner. Is expedited shipping available?

Yes, if you would like to expedited shipping, Helen will arrange expedited shipping and the difference will be charged to you.
